Payment Method

C&M Creative Designs, LLC currently does not accept payments through Shopify. Upon placing an order, customers will receive an invoice generated through Square. It is imperative that this invoice is paid in full prior to the processing of the order. This policy ensures that all transactions are secure and efficient.

For local pickup orders, there may be exceptions to the payment method. Local customers have the option to pay using various methods, including cash, check, and Venmo. This flexibility is designed to accommodate the needs of our community while maintaining a streamlined payment process.

When utilizing credit card payments through Square, a processing fee of 3% will be applied. This fee is standard for credit card transactions and is implemented to cover the costs associated with processing these payments. It is important to note that this fee does not apply to payments made via bank transfers from checking accounts, cash, checks, or Venmo. This distinction allows customers to choose the most cost-effective payment method available to them.

We acknowledge that these payment policies may cause some inconvenience to our customers. However, as a small business, we are committed to keeping our operational costs to a minimum while providing high-quality products. The implementation of these payment methods and associated fees is a necessary measure to ensure the sustainability of our business model.
