Refund policy

Returns / Exchanges
All Sales are FINAL! We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on items.  Our items are handmade with attention to detail. Some items may have slight imperfections in the wood.  Colors may vary due to dye lots, viewing resolution, camera lighting, etc.  We put a lot of pride and care into our handmade items and work very hard to achieve the highest quality of a finished product. 

Local pick-up items must be picked up within 30 days of notice of completion. After 30 days the item is considered abandon, no refund (see above), and item will be repurposed. 

Missing Items and Damage 
Please inspect your order within 5 days upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If insurance was purchased a claim will need to be done by the buyer with the carrier.  Please contact us at contact@cmcreativedesigns.com.

Shipping
Once the item is dropped off at the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the item.  Shipping delays, damage during shipping, and lost items are out of our control.  It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for lost, misplaced, or damaged packages.
